Born and raised in South of France, Mathieu Courbier works as Almost Free Services, who explores his own world as a mixture of art and design through exhibitions or

commissioned works.Most of his drawings are like sculptures where objects, characters, flowers, become stones, heavy rocks disconnected from time. Sometimes

organic and full of life, sometimes focus on a daily objects or details of life that becomes an ensemble of relics. He explores the practice of drawing with a certain dose

of mystery and irony.
